Building Operations That Break the Mold.

Running your business like a rebel? Same… Let’s build the backend that can keep up.

If this sounds like your business…

____________

⟣ Everything lives in your head because it’s faster that way

⟣ The Team keeps asking questions you thought were obvious

⟣ Launches happen fast, then linger longer than you want

⟣ You’re ALWAYS mentally tracking what’s done, what’s stuck, and what’s next

_____________

what changes with the right support

____________

⟣ Work keeps moving without you managing every detail

⟣ The team stops guessing and starts OWNING their part

⟣ Launches don’t drag on after the initial push

⟣ You’re thinking about what’s next instead of what’s falling through

_____________

Your not doing it wrong. The business just needs better support behind the scenes.

This Might Sound Familiar

You Move Fast. Your Operations…. try.

You’re not disorganized. You’re a VISIONARY.

❥ You move first & figure it out as you go

❥ Decisions happen quickly because momentum matters

❥ You trust your instincts more than rigid plans

❥ The business grows because of your drive, not because it’s perfectly organized

How Support Works

(Without the corporate playbook)

Every business has its own version of “how is this even running right now?”

Growth happened first. Structure came later. That’s normal.

Support meets you where you are. We examine what’s actually happening behind the scenes, identify what’s holding things together (and what’s quietly slowing you down), and build support that aligns with your pace, team, and priorities.

Not sure what you need yet? Good.

Most founders aren’t. The best place to start is a free consultation so we can sort through what’s working, what’s leaking (time, money, and/or resources), and what kind of support actually makes sense next.

“Working with Rachel completely changed how I understand my business.
Before, I felt like I was working hard but couldn’t see where things were breaking down. Rachel helped me analyze my numbers, uncover over $35K+ in lost profit, and clearly identify where improvements would have the biggest impact.

The biggest shift wasn’t just financial. I finally had visibility, confidence in my decisions, and a plan that made sense for how my business actually runs. Everything feels more supported now, instead of constantly reactive.”

When Things Finally Feel Steady…

➔ Work moves without you tracking every detail

➔ The team knows what “done” looks like

➔ Decisions happen with context, not urgency

➔ You’re leading again instead of chasing

That’s it.

No “projects in your head.”

No “launch cleanup.”

No “bottlenecks.”

Those already did their job earlier.

Testimonial

“Rachel stepped into a multi-site healthcare operation generating revenue in the millions, supporting 60+ employees across multiple locations, where workflows were inconsistent and leadership was deeply involved in daily problem-solving.

Over the course of her work, Rachel rebuilt core operational systems across teams, improving quality assurance and control while reducing inefficiencies. Inventory waste was reduced by 25%, workflows were standardized across locations, and accountability became clear at every level.

The impact was immediate and measurable. Leadership regained 10–15 hours per week previously spent troubleshooting, approvals, and follow-ups. Teams operated more independently, errors decreased, and performance became consistent without constant oversight.

What stood out most was how practical the systems were. Rachel built structure people actually used, even in a high-pressure environment. The operation became easier to lead, more predictable, and far less dependent on any single person to keep it running.”

Turns out, growth doesn’t love being managed from sticky notes & intuition alone.

About Us

Heyo!

Most of the founders I partner with build fast, make decisions in motion, and wake up one day realizing the business has started running through them instead of with them.

That’s usually when we meet.

For over a decade, work has lived at the intersection of teams, systems, AI, and high-pressure environments. A big chunk of that time was spent in healthcare operations, where things have to work; hands-off matters, and “we’ll fix it later” isn’t an option. That experience carries across industries because people, process, and pressure behave the same everywhere.

The role I play isn’t a consultant popping in with a slide deck. Think strategic partner who can zoom out, dive in, and stay steady while things are already moving.

What that looks like in practice:

↠ Stepping into your business & actually understanding how work flows

↠ Spotting where everything is quietly bottlenecking

↠ Assisting teams to move without waiting for constant direction

↠ Rebuilding the backend so it supports what you’re building next

No rigid playbooks. No overengineered systems.

And definitely no pretending things aren’t already in motion.

“Before working together, I was avoiding parts of my business because everything felt harder than it needed to be. I had leads coming in, but no real system to capture them, no clear process from inquiry to contract, and no reliable way to track payments.

During our VIP session, we mapped out my entire flow and implemented a CRM that actually worked for how I run my business. Contracts, invoices, and boundaries were finally clear and automated. I stopped chasing payments, cleaned up three months of outstanding balances, and finally had visibility into what was happening.

Once the backend stopped feeling chaotic, taking action felt easier. I followed the plan, moved forward with confidence, and secured three new clients shortly after our session. For the first time in a long time, my business feels manageable and motivating instead of overwhelming.
